Fear: a dominant natural phenomenon – by Isyaku Baba.

My hypothesis: In every domination of fear (dominant fear) there’s a proportion of recessive courage. To be at the lead (or make a leeway) and be successful, you have to solve yourself to override the dominant fear with the recessive courage. -Isyaku Baba.

Human beings are majorly characterized by their level of control, intelligence, and understanding. This makes us a species of high animal, unlike the monkey and others.

It is with this feature that we are able to harness our world and as well contribute largely towards the comfortability and advancement of the lower animal world including the entire ecosystem.
This is again our distinctive variation between the latter.

Although man possesses a unique structure (well situated, arranged and accurate) while animals differ in various species, big, medium and tiny which alone is a factor of disability, disorder, and disagreement between them in fighting for survival and natural selection. Here again, man standstill.

Human Evolution has overtime been a linkage of the apes to man but I in my own definite resolution see it as untrue.
Man is a creature with high quality and value, so one cannot in any instance describe a man as a fine product of ancient and ancestral Apes, one would rather say that Apes are a high class of monkeys while man remains itself in its own nature. As Dinosaurs and Dragons went into extinction, so are Apes. Like Selam, Lucy could also be another separate fossil species of Ape who didn’t make their stand to the feet of the world.

If the definition of animals can be simplified as the ability to eat through the mouth, communicate by the tongue, breathe through the nose and move from one place to another, then I can agree more that human being is a higher animal.

Every animal that has lived life has an inherent character of fear.

Fear: Fear is an emotion induced by perceived danger or threat, which causes physiological changes and ultimately behavioral changes, such as fleeing, hiding or freezing from perceived traumatic events. Fear in human beings may occur in response to a certain stimulus occurring in the present, or in anticipation or expectation of a future threat perceived as a risk to oneself. Without going too scientific, Fear, in my own terms, is any frightening reaction or response from oneself as a result of an event that happened or about to occur which may not necessarily be hazardous or harmful to the body. Such fear could come after seeing a bad school result.

Every human being today is birthed with a deep level of fear infused in its mind. In fact, the first thing human is exposed to at birth is fear which goes on to ignite cry of the baby. This fear remains with the baby until it is given the courage to remain silent, hence, fear is a dominant natural phenomenon in human life.

Courage: Courage is a mental or moral strength developed to persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty. In another word, courage is the quality shown by someone who decides to do something difficult or dangerous, even though they may be afraid. Well, sometimes it must not necessarily be a danger to life before you develop courage. So, to me, courage is just the ability to fight against the fear instilled in one’s mind without the use of a weapon, sheath, and sword.

Developing courage as a counterfeit to fear in our lives is of utmost paramountcy and this is because it takes stronger courage to beat big efforts and take the lead.

At the first phase, were the major characteristics of a human being but those features will be so incomplete without the inclusion of courage.

The lion is the king of the jungle today not because it is the wisest or the wildest animal but because lions are born with the heritage of overriding their dominant fear with the recessive courage in pursuit of food to put on the table.

You can only be a rich person, a leader, a champion, a winner, a record-breaker and a pacesetter when you roar like a lion.

After reading this, I challenge you to roar like a lion to conquer your fears, now and always.
